ASH BAZAR is a humanitarian initiative of Alhaj Shamsul Hoque Foundation, aiming to deliver high-quality products to people’s doorsteps at purchase price and import cost, with only management expenses added.
By using this website or its services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
A. For Customers
A 1. Products & Services
- ASH BAZAR commits to supplying products at purchase or import price; however, prices may vary depending on updates and market changes.
- We ensure the best possible product quality, but for items supplied by third-party suppliers, the responsibility for quality lies with the third party.
A 2. Orders & Payment
- Customers can place orders by registering on the website.
- Payments can be made via bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, or Online Payment Gateway.
- Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is verified.
A 3. Delivery Policy
We are committed to on-time delivery. Once the order is confirmed, customers will receive their product within three (3) days.
A 4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order before the status changes to “In Process.” Once the order is marked as “In Process,” cancellation will not be possible.
A 5. Return & Refund Policy
- If there is any issue with your order, customers must notify our customer care team within 7 days of receiving the product. After verification, the refund will be processed according to our guidelines.
- Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging.
- Refunds or exchanges will be decided after verification by the office authority.
- Certain product categories (e.g., perishable items: fish, meat, vegetables, etc.) are non-returnable unless defective. Perishable items must be checked in front of the delivery person, and complaints should be made immediately.
B. Agent / Affiliate Terms
B 1. Eligibility (For both Agents & Affiliates)
- Any individual above 18 years can apply.
- A valid ID is required.
B 2. Commission (Agents)
- Agent terms apply only for outlets. Agents purchase products from ASH BAZAR’s Sales Manager with cash payment.
- Each product will be supplied at a predefined agent price or commission-based price.
B 3. Commission (Affiliates)
- Those who want to sell ASH BAZAR products via Facebook or social media can place orders with customer details via the dedicated affiliate portal on ashbazarbd.com.
- The predefined commission or profit will be transferred monthly to the affiliate’s specified bKash or bank account.
C. Responsibilities
- Must maintain honesty with customers.
- Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of Agent/Affiliate membership.
D. Code of Conduct
- The ASH BAZAR logo or brand cannot be used without permission.
- Any fraudulent or abnormal activity will result in legal action.
E. Content & Copyright
- All text, images, logos, and designs displayed on the website are the property of ASH BAZAR.
- No material may be copied, distributed, or used without authorization.
F. Right to Modify
- ASH BAZAR may update or modify these terms at any time.
- Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
